100 Lakes Clubhouse is a newly established Clubhouse Model organization that operates according to Clubhouse International standards. 100 Lakes is geared to recovery support for individuals with mental health challenges. 100 Lakes is a vital and highly interactive location that offers a place of belonging and is a launch pad for those who are committed to living well, self-sufficiency and independence. The 100 Lakes Clubhouse Staff Generalist works closely and continuously with staff and members to meet individual goals, promote a positive, team-oriented work environment, and advance the quality of services provided to all.

At 100 Lakes Clubhouse, we believe everyone deserves support, purpose, and community. Our members and staff work side by side to build a space where people living with mental health challenges can find friendship, learn new skills, and feel valued.

Isolation can be one of the toughest challenges for people facing mental health issues. Connection can change everything! When members feel understood, respected, and included, healing begins. Together, we can build confidence, develop skills, and rediscover hope.

I would encourage anyone who is considering becoming a member to give it a try.

We guide members through transitional, supported, and independent job opportunities, helping them return to work with confidence.
Education Assistance

From GEDs to computer literacy, tutoring, and mentoring, we help members reach their academic goals.
Community Support

We help members stay on track with doctor visits, medication, and legal appointments.
Social Connection

The heart of our Clubhouse. Members find friendship, purpose, and joy in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

Become A Member

If you or someone you know is looking for connection, purpose, or support, come visit us! You’ll get a tour, meet our members, and see what a typical day looks like. After your visit, you can take home a membership packet. Once your forms are returned, you’re part of the Clubhouse family.

Volunteer Your Time

We’re always looking for caring volunteers who want to share their skills. You might help teach computer basics, cook meals, lead workshops, or simply spend time with our members. Your involvement helps create a strong, inclusive community that empowers every participant.

Partner With Us

Local businesses and organizations play a huge role in our success. Through our Transitional Employment Program (TEP), we connect members with part-time, supported work opportunities. Partnering with us gives your business dedicated, motivated team members while changing lives across Kosciusko County.
