Clubhouse Opportunities
Find Hope, Purpose, and Connection
At 100 Lakes Clubhouse in Warsaw, Indiana, we create real opportunities for people in Kosciusko County living with mental health challenges. Our members work together, learn together, and grow together in a safe and welcoming environment.
Every person who walks through our doors finds a chance to build friendships, gain skills, and rediscover confidence. Whether you want to return to work, continue your education, need help finding housing, or simply want a supportive place to belong, you’ll find that opportunity here.
Employment
Our Transitional Employment Program helps members return to work through part-time jobs with staff support. We also connect members to supported or independent employment, building confidence, skills, and long-term stability.
Education
We help members reach their educational and personal goals through guidance and peer support. They can prepare for a GED, build computer and academic skills, and get tutoring or mentoring. We also assist with scheduling appointments, accessing resources, and staying connected to community services.
Housing Support
100 Lakes Clubhouse helps members find stable and affordable housing so they can focus on recovery and personal growth. Staff can guide members through applications, connect them with local housing resources, and offer ongoing support to ensure they have a safe, comfortable place to call home.
Fellowship
Social connection is central to everything we do. Many people with mental health challenges feel isolated, so we create a community built on respect, support, and friendship. Members and staff work side by side on activities like cooking, crafts, games, and media projects, building purpose and belonging through shared experiences.
Our Mission In Action
At 100 Lakes Clubhouse, we believe that everyone thrives with support, structure, and community. We help members reconnect with life, rediscover their talents, and rebuild confidence.
Our clubhouse model, established in 1948, continues to succeed because it gives people the tools to take charge of their own recovery and well-being.
We don’t just provide services, we offer hope, opportunity, and belonging.
