About
Conquering The Waves Of Mental Health Together
Welcome to 100 Lakes Clubhouse, a place built on hope, connection, and purpose. We serve Kosciusko County, Indiana, by creating a safe, supportive space for individuals with mental health challenges. Here, members and staff work to build confidence, grow skills, and celebrate life.
Our name honors the 100 lakes of Kosciusko County and is a symbol of our commitment to the entire community. Just like those lakes, every person here brings depth, beauty, and the power to ripple change.
Our Story
The Clubhouse model began in 1948 in New York City when a small group of people with mental health challenges came together to support each other. Their idea grew into an international movement with more than 300 Clubhouses around the world.
100 Lakes Clubhouse carries that tradition forward right here in Warsaw, Indiana. We started with a dream of giving our community a place where people could find friendship, purpose, and dignity without stigma or judgment.
When we open our permanent building, we’ll name each room after one of Kosciusko County’s lakes to remind every member that they belong to something larger than themselves.

We Focus On
What We Believe
We know that everyone does better with support and structure. No one should have to face mental health challenges alone.
Our Community Thrives Because We
How We Work
When you walk into 100 Lakes Clubhouse, you’ll find a place full of purpose and energy. Members and staff run the Clubhouse side by side, taking part in the daily “Work-Ordered Day.”
You might see someone cooking lunch, updating social media, answering phones, or planning an event. Every task gives our members a chance to learn, contribute, and feel proud of what they accomplish.
Our Board of Directors includes both Clubhouse members and local community leaders who guide our mission and help us grow.
